Welcome to our small, family-run alpaca farm in the green heart of Thuringia – not far from Erfurt, Weimar, and the idyllic Ilm Valley. For over 25 years, we've been living our dream of nature and animal love here – and we invite you to be a part of it. Our small farm (HTF1) is nestled between meadows, fields, and forests – directly on our property, just outside the small village of Achelstädt; with alpacas, chickens, and our lovingly cared-for Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Whether you're passing through or staying for a longer period; here you'll find peace, comfort, and a genuine slice of country life – with everything an animal lover and camper could desire. Additionally, I conduct courses and seminars on topics such as: "Alpaca and Purebred Rhodesian Ridgeback Breeding – Husbandry and Training/Therapy," etc. Since May 2025, more and more interested participants have been coming to these courses and seminars with their motorhomes, and they also want to stay for one or two nights on an optimal, comfortable pitch... From our own camping experience, we know how valuable a well-equipped, quiet pitch in beautiful surroundings is. That's why we've chosen and designed our pitches on our farm meadow exactly as we would like to find them ourselves: spacious, well-maintained, and close to nature – without parcel divisions, and with many extras that will make your stay particularly pleasant!
