Häxefeus

Your winter camp at the foot of the Gantrisch mountains is perched on a rocky outcrop 150 meters above the Schwarzwasser river and away from the village, at an altitude of 850 m. It comes equipped with 2 fire pits, a grill, wood, and electricity. Approximately 80 meters from our farmhouse, a very peaceful spot awaits you, exclusively for your use, surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views of the Stockhorn mountain range and the Schwarzenburgerland region. Your heated guest bathroom (WC/shower) with a separate entrance is located about 80m from the camp, near the house. For cozy, atmospheric evenings, our small 'Häxehüsli' (witch's cottage), which can be heated with a wood-burning stove, is also at your disposal. There, upon request, we serve our 'Fondue Maison' or tarte flambée. We are located approximately a 30-minute drive from the Gantrisch cross-country skiing paradise, boasting 45 km of trails and snowshoeing paths (Info: www.gantrisch.ch). You'll receive interesting tips for winter hikes and excursions in our area as a small document directly from us upon arrival. We would also be delighted to take you on a trekking adventure with our llamas. Access to the camp is a bit steep and not always cleared of snow, as it's a private road. All-wheel drive or snow chains are advantageous depending on the weather conditions. For current road conditions, please consult with us. In case of snowfall and/or icy access to the farm, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone your booking at short notice for safety reasons. Your pitch (approx. 250 m2) is not cleared of snow. A snow shovel and snow blower are available.
